Recipe: Avocado Vanilla Smoothie
The last few days of warm weather may be winding down for most of the world, but here in the Sunshine State we still have plenty more. Know what else we have plenty more of? AVOCADOES.
Florida loves Avocadoes. Miami loves Avocadoes. All of us at Therafit – yes, exactly. We are in love with the Avocado. It’s like the superman of the plant variety, and as long as you don’t leave it out in the open air without the pit too long, the inside’s mighty cute too (and that’s what counts, right mom?)

What You’ll Need:
1 ripe beautifully delicious avocado
1 cup (no sugar added) pear nectar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
and a cup of ice cubes
Pour it all into a blender and press the red button until smooth! If you like it a little thinner add more nectar.
